Membership qualification

AgeApply before turning 45.
RoleCEO, President, or equivalent - the operational leader of a qualifying company.
ScaleGross annual sales of US$13M+ (US$10M commissions for agency-type businesses, or US$260M average annual assets for financial institutions).
Payroll50 full-time employees, or US$2M+ in annual payroll (excluding you) with at least 15 employees.

Not sure you fit the role, scale, or payroll lines? Apply anyway and say so - title waivers and edge cases are common, and the Membership Committee reads every application. The age line is YPO's own: applications must arrive before 45.
